Moving inwards | Finding stillness

Hello, I’m Rachel, a mixed-style yoga teacher and sound healer based in Sussex, UK.

Yoga has been an integral part of my daily life for over a decade, and I’m excited to share its transformative benefits with you. It played a crucial role in my own recovery following hamstring surgery in 2017. Furthermore, it was teh most important healing tool when battling depression and burnout. I have experienced how it can transform your life. 

I love that quiet pause at the end of class, where everyone feels present and finds stillness.

I warmly welcome students of all levels to my classes, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. My aim is to guide you in connecting your mind, body, and soul and, to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

I give a strong, but slow, flow class; with the emphasis on connecting to breath. I also offer a monthly Yin yoga with sound healing session. 

I look forward to meeting you on, and off, the mat.
