My journey 

Hello, I’m Rachel, a mixed-style yoga teacher based in Sussex, UK.

Yoga has been an integral part of my daily life for over a decade, and I’m excited to share its transformative benefits with you. It played a crucial role in my own recovery following hamstring surgery in 2017, and I’ve seen first-hand how it can help improve both physical and mental well-being.

I warmly welcome students of all levels to my classes, whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. My aim is to guide you in connecting your mind, body, and soul and, to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

I am trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga. I also provide Yoga for seniors, for children and Acro Yoga. 

I look forward to meeting you on, and off, the mat.
