Booking Policy
We're so glad you're considering joining us for this special day of relaxation and self-care. To make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to read through our booking policy. 1. Who Can Join 1.1. Our retreat is open to anyone aged 18 and above. 1.2. If you have health concerns, please consult a healthcare provider before joining. Unfortunately this day is not suited for those who are pregnant or suffer from Sound Epilepsy. 2.1. Listen to your body. Take breaks or modify poses as needed. 2.2. Our classes are not a substitute for medical advice. Please practice mindfully. 2.3. By participating, you agree that your hosts are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during or after the session. 2.4. Communicate any discomfort during the retreat. We’re here to support you. 3. Booking and Payment 3.1. Advance booking is required to reserve your spot for this special day of self-care. 3.2. Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. 3.3. Bookings can be easily made online via our website or by emailing rachelturneryoga@gmail.com. 3.4. If you experience any issues while booking or making a payment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 4.1. If your plans change, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. This will allow us to offer your spot to someone else. You will be offered a 50% refund in this scenario. 4.2. Unfortunately, no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. 4.3. In the rare event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund. 5. Checking in 5.1. Upon arrival, simply check in with Rachel or Eloise. 5.2 If you are running late, please send a quick message to let us know. 6. Photos and Memories 6.1. We may take photos during the retreat for social media. 6.2. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us. 7. Stay Connected 7.1. You may receive occasional updates about upcoming events. Let us know if you'd like to opt out. 7.2. We love your feedback! Share your thoughts and experiences with us. 8. Additional Information 8.1. Please bring a water bottle. Mats, props and light refreshments will be provided. Please bring any additional props that you may use.
